US overseas voters can request their ballots for all 2024 elections beginning January 2, 2024. The Oaxaca Lending Library will offer non-partisan voter assistance every Monday from 10 am to 12 noon. Additionally, we’ll have voter assistance on January 2, 2024 to enable you to put in the earliest possible request. Requesting your ballot as an overseas voter has clear advantages to voting as an absentee (in-state) voter. Among those, you will receive your ballot via email 45 days in advance; your ballot is federally protected; and you have the possibility of submitting a federal write-in ballot.
