La Olla, started 24 years ago, is a family business that over time has become a must-go destination for locals and tourists, and where we cook Mexican cuisine with the main focus on local ingredients from Oaxaca.
Currently we change the menu three or four times a year depending on the season to show the excellence and diversity of the foods of our state. We are a family that is proud of our traditions, art, and gastronomy, and we love to show off our Oaxaca.
