Villa Maria offers about 14 larger apartments in two apartment buildings at 410-A Arteaga, about 6 blocks south and east of the zocalo. Apartments of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms are available and may be rented at any time of the year. Prices vary from $500 - $800 USD per month depending on the size the and number of bedrooms (2023 prices.) Rent includes: gas, electricity, linen, towels and weekly cleaning. APARTMENTS: Apartments are furnished, linen and towels are included, garbage is removed daily, and apartment cleaning is provided once each week. Employees work 6 days per week to clean, repair and maintain the buildings. There are two rooftop areas where residents often gather in the afternoon.
